NKC-7（非临氢降凝催化剂）催化剂在市场上有着很好的声誉，是南化利用自己开发的分子筛为母体研制的催化剂，NKF-5分子筛是获得国家发明二等奖的专利产品，获得国家十佳专利称号。
NKC-7（非临氢降凝催化剂）用于重质柴油催化脱蜡，降低凝固点，生产低凝柴油，高辛烷值汽油和液化气；用于加氢尾油降凝生产润滑油基础油和其它重质油降凝生产基础油；用于废塑料催化裂解生产汽柴油。该催化剂在抗水蒸气上有明显的优势，反应过程具有操作压力低，稳定性好，产品质量较好，耗氢量极少等优点，经广东、浙江、河北、天津、东北等多厂使用，用户反应良好。

NKC-7催化剂有以下优点：
1、低凝点油或基础油的凝点比较低，可以降到-35℃以下；
2、汽油辛烷值较高，可达75~93；产品收率高；
3、再生时间短，使用寿命长，单程寿命大于1000小时。在采用符合规定原料油质量指标下，催化剂可使用一年以上，半年左右再生一次；
4、可以根据用户对产品的要求，调整催化剂生产工艺，控制柴油、汽油、液化气比例，满足不同用户要求。

Non-hydrodewaxing catalyst is based on patent NKF zeolite developed by our factory, used to product low solidifying point diesel oil from wax-based oil with high octane number of gasoline production. The catalyst had an obvious advantage on anti-steam. An U.S. company found that the NKF zeolite thermal stability was better than similar products, the reaction process has low operating pressure, good stability, good quality, minimal consumption of hydrogen. The product is used by Liaoning, Zhejiang, Hebei, Tianjin, and many other plants, user response is good.
