NKC-11（Fixed-bed catalytic cracking catalysts）

NKC-11催化剂又名固定床催化裂化催化剂。该催化剂是吸取了NKC-7非临氢降凝的成果开发出来的，在4 万吨装置上运转效果良好。催化剂为圆柱状，直径约为2~4mm，长度约为10mm。

该催化剂的最大特点是热稳定性高、寿命长；使用该催化剂，液体收率比传统工艺高10～13个百分点。而且，根据市场需求，可将液化气、汽油、柴油、燃料油的分布比例做较大幅度调整。

Introduction

The NKC-11 catalyst is also known as a fixed bed catalytic cracking catalyst. The catalyst was developed by absorbing the results of NKC-7 non-hydrogen condensation and operated well on the 40,000-ton unit. The catalyst is cylindrical, with a diameter of about 2 to 4 mm and a length of about 10 mm. 

The biggest feature of the catalyst is high thermal stability and long life; using this catalyst, the liquid yield is 10 to 13 percentage points higher than that of the traditional process. Moreover, according to market demand, the distribution ratio of liquefied gas, gasoline, diesel and fuel oil can be greatly adjusted.

Reaction temperature: 385℃; Regeneration temperature: 400～450℃; Airspeed: 1.0 h-1(m/m)

运输：非危险品，但运输过程中要避免潮湿，保持干燥、密封。
Transportation：Non-dangerous goods, in transportation process avoid wet. Keep dry and airproof.
储存方法：在干燥、透风处贮存，不得露天存放。
