苯胺制备二苯胺催化剂是我们自主开发的用以苯胺为原料直接合成二苯胺的催化剂，和传统的生产二苯胺工艺相比，使用NKC-9催化剂生产1吨二苯胺，消耗苯胺1.18-1.22吨，降低了单耗，不用清洗产品，消除了污染。是一种环保绿色催化剂。目前，该种催化剂已在2000吨／年的装置上运转，性能稳定，效益显著。

单程转化率 (Single Conversation）≥25%；选择性：≥97%；单程寿命: ≥1500h；总收率：90-95%；空速 (Space Velocity）：0.15～1h-1。

The NKC-9 is directly synthesized by aniline developed by our company, compared to traditional diphenylamine production techniques, 1ton diphenylamine product using NKC-9 deplete aniline 1.18-1.22ton, single cost reduced, no cleanout and eliminated pollution. Presently, the NKC-9 has been used on set with an annual treatment of 2000 tons, the catalyst capability is steady and the benefit is prominent.

运输：非危险品，但运输过程中要避免潮湿，保持干燥、密封。
Transportation：Non-dangerous goods, in transportation process avoid wet. Keep dry and airproof.
储存方法：在干燥、透风处贮存，不得露天存放。
