NKF-3A分子筛是一种碱金属硅铝酸盐。3A分子筛主要用于吸附水，可在水吸附过程中，排除其它烃类分子；

能吸附临界直径不大于3Å的分子；

NKF-3A zeolite is a kind of alkali metals silica aluminate, which can adsorb the molecules of critical diameter no larger than 3A. NKF-3A zeolite can exclude other hydrocarbon molecules during the adsorbance process of water, which is widely used in petroleum cracking gases, such as the deep dryness of ethylene, propylene, butadiene, acetylene and natural gas. It can also be used in the dryness of polarity(such as ethanol), liquid petroleum gas and solvent. The NKF-3A zeolite of NKC^® has been successfully replaced the importations in the enterprise of petrifaction and petroleum. If it is used as the dryer of the petroleum cracking gases, the water containing in the gas can descend to lower than 1ppm (dew point less than -70℃) through the adsorbance of NKF-3A.

根据工业上的应用特点，NKC生产的NKF-3A分子筛具有更快的吸附速度、更多的再生次数、更高的抗碎强度及抗污染能力，提高了分子筛的利用效率并延长了分子筛的使用寿命，是石油、化工行业中气液相深度干燥、精炼、聚合所必需的首选干燥剂。

用途：主要用于石油裂解气、烯炔、炼厂气、油田气的干燥，是化工、医药、中空玻璃等工业干燥剂。 
1、不饱和烃如石油裂解气（如乙烯、丙烯、丁二烯、乙炔及天然气）的深度干燥；石油裂解气的干燥剂，经3A分子筛吸附后，气体水含量可降至1ppm以下（露点小于-70℃）。
2、制冷剂干燥（如R22）；
3、极性液体（如甲醇、乙醇）、液化石油气、溶剂等的干燥；
4、空气的干燥，如双层玻璃（隔热窗）中空气干燥；
5、氨裂解的混合气干燥；
6、煤油和航空发动机燃料的深度干燥。

再生：NKF-3A分子筛可在提高温度的情况下吹扫或抽空而再生重新使用，再生程度视再生温度及再生湿度而定。

1、脱除水份：视再生气的压力、温度、含水量而定。一般情况下，200～350℃干燥气体在0.3～0.5kg/cm2压力下，通过分子筛床层3～4小时，使出口温度到110～180℃，冷却。

2、脱有机物：用水蒸汽代替有机物，然后脱除水份。

储存：室温，相对湿度不大于90%；不宜直接暴露于空气中；避免水、酸、碱。

包装：桶装或纸箱包装。具体依客户要求。

注意：避免分子筛直接暴露于空气当中。

运输：非危险品，但运输过程中要避免潮湿，保持干燥、密封。

储存方法：在干燥、透风处贮存，不得露天存放。
